Shandong Province Laser Equipment Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community was established in September 2019. It is the first batch of communities recognized by the provincial government. In order to realize the operation of the community more efficiently, Shandong Xinguang Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., the core operating organization of the community, was established in 2020, using this as a carrier to integrate the seven elements of "government, industry, education, research, financial services" and solve key stuck technologies in the laser equipment industry chain And innovation problems that cannot be solved independently by a single entity, such as the incubation of implementation results and the cultivation of new industry directions.

Create a community operation mechanism linked by industrial interests, aim at key links in the industrial chain, and integrate seven elements to incubate new industrial directions. Through the integration of the seven elements, the company finds new product application directions for the enterprise itself, and attracts funds to help the incubation of new technologies and new industry directions, and realizes the incubation and landing of the Leishi laser cladding project.

Through the project layout, the Laser Equipment Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community has achieved 12 achievement transformations, the transformation amount exceeded 30 million, and more than 90 invention patents, driving nearly 200 million yuan in R&D investment, introducing nearly 100 million yuan from external financial institutions, and introducing high-end talents in multiple modes There are 15 people in the team, and the new output value of the laser industry has exceeded 3 billion yuan. At the same time, Shandong Xinguang Optoelectronics, the core operating organization of the community, directly participates in the cultivation of new products, and jointly establishes companies with member units of the community to cultivate laser welding technology, realizing the strategy of extending, supplementing and strengthening the industrial chain.

In the later stage, the community will conduct in-depth combing of the industrial chain, introduce the "State Key Laboratory of Solid-state Laser Technology" to enhance the innovation capability of the laser industry, focus on building ProLogis laser and Xingfu Liancheng Laser Industrial Park, and provide development carriers for laser manufacturing enterprises; introduce domestic , International superior laser enterprises have settled in Jinan, continuously expanding the scale of the laser industry in our province, and realizing an output value of 100 billion.
